The volunteers cleared the areas of weeds and debris, and brought the fields back to life with basic restoration: fresh pitch markings and boundary setups. 1win also provided local communities with essential cricket equipment such as bats, balls, and gloves, ensuring that local people could actually enjoy playing cricket.
Popular influencer and content creator Gani Yash joined the camping, helping 1win volunteers with construction work and spending some time with the local community. Yash played a couple of games with the locals at the newly renovated grounds, sharing the spirit of cricket and the wider IPL season.
This initiative continues 1win Charity’s ongoing efforts to support communities across the country through sport. Last year’s IPL season, the brand organized free match broadcasts in remote areas, allowing thousands to experience the tournament’s excitement.
