Founded on 8th July 2019 by Kriishh Jimmy Navin Gada at just 14 years old, Mehman began with a vision far greater than conventional gifting. What started with an investment of only ₹1000 soon became a heartfelt initiative focused on creating sustainable, thoughtful, and emotionally driven gifts. Inspired by his experiences as a national-level rifle shooter, Kriishh developed the discipline, focus, and perseverance that later shaped his entrepreneurial journey.

The foundation of Mehman was built on eco-friendly gifting concepts, particularly innovative plant bouquets paired with curated artefacts that combined creativity with social impact. From the very beginning, Kriishh believed that gifting should not only celebrate moments but also create positive change. This belief led Mehman to actively collaborate with NGOs, women-led rural enterprises, artisans, and social initiatives, ensuring that every product carried a meaningful story and contributed towards empowering communities.

Over the years, Mehman evolved from a growing gifting venture into Mehman Privé, a premium luxury gifting brand that reflects elegance, authenticity, and emotional connection. The brand’s expansion into premium and luxury copper gifting further highlights its commitment to innovation while staying rooted in sustainability and craftsmanship.

 

Today, Kriishh continues to balance academics and entrepreneurship with exceptional maturity. Currently pursuing a BSc in Accounts and Finance at the University of Warwick in the UK, he remains deeply involved in shaping the vision and future of Mehman Privé. His dedication towards social responsibility continues to remain at the heart of the brand, making it stand apart in the luxury gifting industry.
